This is a made to order. I do not accept returns or refunds. Tumblers are made customized, to order specifically to you! If you have any problems with your order, please reach out to me!
An order may be canceled within the first 8hrs of that order being placed!-All orders are made to order! Please note estimated turn around time is 2-4 weeks.
-Dont forget to check your Emails! This is where your final proof will be sent for approval. Approval is required within 48hrs. If no approval is given after the 48hr mark, I will move forward with your order. If changes need to be made after the 48hr mark, there will be a $20 fee. If changes need to be made after your order has shipped, buyer will be responsible for any and all costs to do so. This includes any extra shipping costs asides from the first shipping transaction. This process is to help keep your order on track to ship by estimated date!
-All of our tumblers are double walled, stainless steel, and bpa free! if less you order a acrylic tumbler that is also bpa approved.
-All Tumblers are hand glittered and are customized to you. They are sealed with FDA approved epoxy which gives your tumbler a glass like finish. No more worrying about messy glitter and peeling decals.
-These Tumblers are made to last for years to come if taken care of properly!
*Care Instructions:
Hand wash and dry only! Do not soak!
They are not microwavable or dishwasher safe!
Do not leave tumblers in extreme hot or cold temperatures.
They are not shatterproof, handle with care! Dropping your tumbler can result in it cracking the finish!
